As a German-American organization that played an integral role in the foundation of our nation, we are very invested in helping our community. We have hosted many fundraisers, for both for-profit and non-profit organizations alike. We know what it’s like to have an organization that is supported by members and kept alive through the hard work, dedication, and fundraising efforts of its individuals. We would love the opportunity to work with you to create the successful fundraiser you have in mind.
Our banquet and reception hall is spacious and can be configured in a variety of ways. We can host up to 400 people in the hall alone, and the capacity expands by 75 people when the conference room is added. You can really spice up the event by renting our volleyball courts, or you can add a kid-friendly element by arranging to rent our gymnastics area. The only limits to what you can do are your imagination. We have a beautiful oak bar and a solid wood dance floor that will be sure to entertain your attendees long into the night.
We have free, public wi-fi available throughout the hall to give your attendees internet access no matter where they are. In addition to wi-fi, we also have a wireless microphone system and in-ceiling speakers that run throughout the hall. There is also a high-definition projector available and multiple HDTV monitors to use in both the hall and the conference room.
Located near the beltline and interstate 39/90, our building is just a short drive from just about anywhere in Madison and located conveniently near several hotels. Our parking lot is large and well lit, providing ample space for your attendees and guests. We also offer overnight parking, if needed.
