Competitive Team

After progressing through Kids Level 1–2 and Girls Levels 1-2, athletes may advance into our Competitive Team program.

We offer competitive opportunities in Levels 2, 3, and Xcel. Our team competes through USA Gymnastics (USAG) and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), and athletes are placed according to each organization's guidelines to ensure they are training and competing at the appropriate skill level.

Team gymnasts focus on developing advanced skills, strength, technique, and confidence in a supportive and challenging environment. Athletes compete in meets during the winter and spring seasons.

Gymnasts must meet all skill requirements for their current level before advancing to the next.
