Competitive Team

After progressing through Kids Level 1–2 and Girls Levels 1–4, athletes may advance into our Competitive Team program.

We offer competition opportunities in Levels 2, 3, and Xcel. Athletes are placed based on USA Gymnastics (USAG) and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) guidelines to ensure they are in the appropriate skill level.

Our team competes through USA Gymnastics (USAG) and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).

Team gymnasts train to develop advanced skills, strength, and technique. Athletes may choose whether or not to compete in meets during the winter and spring seasons.

Gymnasts must meet all skill requirements for their level before advancing to the next level.
